That's a nice touch. unfortunately impossible to install them. I tried the 4 of them, tried to squeeze the metal a little bit for the cap to fit and no luck. Was easy to install, and they also included spare parts. However, the black caps (that hide the screw) do not fit. May not be as functional as other types of coat racks.

PERFECT! These are very nice looking, sturdy and long enough prongs to hold many items, and trust me, mine are. I highly recommend this product! Arrived quickly, in perfect condition and look exactly like picture an description - also very easy to install.

I only received the screw caps .no screws, anchor or washes were provided. Without screw washer screw caps will not adhere. Disappointed.

Rack is nice - mounting hardware is GARBAGE! The rack is a nice simple design that is well made. The hardware on the other hand is terrible. I received 2 sets of hardware both were in poor condition. Finishing caps were chipped, scratched and mangled. These need to be packaged better.

Great quality for the price I suggest using different screws I used some matte black screws I had cause the one that comes with the hooks are silver and the cap that is supposed to cover the screws comes all scratched up like the other reviews stated I ordered it anyway cause I knew I could just use different black screws I would order again!

This is more of a jacket rack than a coat rack. sturdy yet small and hooks are not spaced very far apart for coats. Thanks for attention.

The hooks themselves are nice, but the drywall fasteners are cheap and the black screw cover doesn't fit even affter pounding with a hammer. I removed the caps and if I can't find black screws to replace, I will touch up with black paint.

the unit was about half the size I expected. it still does the job of holding our robes (not rocket science). went up in 5 minutes. black metal caps were a bit hard to get over the screw caps. but a piece of wood (to keep from scratching the paint off the black caps) and a hammer fixed that.

Building a mud room locker system and ordered 4 of the 5-hook and 2 of the 8-hook. Two of the 5-hook hangers arrived with the middle hooks broken off at the weld. The are spot welded onto the flat steel and the welds failed. Not a very good percentage of success: (25).
