Based on my experience, these blue light blocking glasses from Jim Halo are amazing for computer use! They reduce eye strain and headaches, allowing me to work for longer periods of time. The glasses are stylish and comfortable to wear for extended periods. However, they can distort colors slightly, which may be a concern for graphics professionals.Overall these glasses are a must-have for anyone who spends a lot of time working on computers..
