I liked it so much I bought it for a friend. Why a star? Product failure after less than 6 months of use. A crack formed in the center of the plastic (see red circle) which created enough water pressure behind the metal cover to loosen the cover and not reattach it. Without a cap, the silicone nozzles will not work properly and the shower experience will be completely different. Water spurts out of the central rift, displacing the rays, rendering it useless. While a shower head under $30 is good value, spending $60 a year on replacement shower heads is far from acceptable. My off-the-shelf Speakman shower head ($100) has worked flawlessly since 1996-23 and will last another ten years if not more. Ever since I bought the SparkPod it has been in the guest bathroom. I have requested a replacement from the company and will be making a replacement for the second time but so far the rating has been my experience hence the rating 1/5.
