The quality is good, used almost every day, no complaints.
You will never have the right adapter. I have at least 4 sets of adapters. This is only the latest kit purchased and primarily uses 3/8 female and 1/2 male when the battery is struggling. They seem to be of good quality and I use them with percussion and standard jacks and instruments. So far so good in terms of durability.
