Review on Philips ICN4P32N 4F17 F32 Lighting Ballast by Damon Blazis

These ballasts work great. Bought 4 dual ballast lights and 4 bulbs from Habitat for Humanity. Installed and as expected the lights flashed. I ordered 4 of these ballasts. I'm not an electrician so all the wires in the fixture were intimidating. I have poor near vision and could not read or interpret the ballast schematic. As always, the internet came to the rescue. The page[.] answered exactly my question about how to replace two light ballasts with one ballast. On site, an interviewee provided a clear, large color image of the installation, which made it easier for me to work on all four lights. The garage is flooded with light and I look forward to being tormented all winter.
