Review on Vivesole by Steve Atchley

I recently attempted shopping at the Vivesole website, and I must admit that I was very dissatisfied. Although they do carry a variety of household and health products, I was unable to find everything I needed in one location due to their small selection. Additionally, they provided poor customer support. When I called their helpline to ask a query about a product, it took forever to reach anyone. Even then, the representative I interacted with wasn't all that friendly or useful. Their slow and erratic shipping only made things worse. My purchase took a long time to come, and when it did, some of the items were broken. Overall, I do not suggest purchasing from the Vivesole online site. Poor customer service, a small selection, and erratic shipping combine for a less-than-satisfactory shopping experience.
