Poor transport/handling

The product itself appeared to be of excellent quality 4 stars. Nothing beats a week off and the desire to replace that bearing assembly only to end up with a damaged product. The outer box was split at the tape and the inner box containing the product had 3-4 inch holes on each side due to improper handling of the packaging during shipping. Due to improper handling, the speed sensor cable broke at the connection point to the hub. Let's see how the replacement arrives in 3 days.
