I have purchased 4, dating back to November 2021. I use them during any exercise I do, roughly 5-6 times a week. Typically my time spent in them is during HiiT classes, so varying ranges of motion and intensity.As far as overall support goes, hands down the best braces I have purchased. They support forward, and lateral movements giving me the support I need to avoid any pain. The fit is decent enough, but I do have to adjust from time to time, usually at the beginning of the workout. As I sweat oddly enough it stays in place better.Why have I bout 4 in just over 2 years? And ordering my 5th (technically 6th as I had to return one almost immediately)? In every brace I have received, over time, the Side Stabilizers snap in half on one side or the other. This is my one and only complaint. I have never opened them up to know what material is used, I presume plastic but who knows? Either way, a stronger material that can withstand the constant bending would make these absolutely perfect!Why do I keep buying them if they do this? I have not found another knee brace that suits me. I tried many before, and just tried a new one within the last couple of days that I am returning. I would rather keep replacing these than purchasing more and more that truly do not work.
