When we received this, there was a small crack in the elbow, but it was too late to do anything about it. It most likely happened during shipping. That cleavage is amazing too! We used it for a casino related Christmas party - I hung some red balloons on either side and placed Daniel at the main entrance to our event to 'greet' everyone as they walked down the red carpet which we also purchased to have. We've since brought it back to the office and it now stands in front of our main lobby where it continues to greet people!
