Good tie but the neck was too small for my 1 year old
The part that attaches to the neck was on the smaller side so it twisted a bit when trying to tighten or loosen it. It also barely fit him (1 year, 21lbs) and I had to tighten it all the way, resulting in either the fastener showing or whatever was tightening it.
