My dad recently upgraded his phone to iPhone 8 so I thought I'd buy him this beautiful car charger for his car. Wireless charging is great, especially in your car, it eliminates the clutter and clutter of cords and makes charging your phone that much easier. I wasn't expecting much and would have been happy with anything that worked, but I was pleasantly surprised with this car charger. First, wireless car charging works well. It didn't work when plugged into my car's USB port, but did work when I plugged it into a USB port car adapter, if that makes sense. The main thing that makes this car charger stand out is its durability. I was surprised at how strong and durable it was. Yes, it's a little bulky, but it definitely fits any phone and keeps it secure. There's also a light to indicate the power is connected and you can feel the quality is good, and that definitely impressed me. One thing to keep in mind about wireless charging is making sure your phone doesn't overheat. I haven't tested this on long trips, but if I do I'll definitely update my review!
