Nice touch for a terrarium.
I used this as a second layer of substrate over a layer of sand mat for my bearded dragon terrarium. He seems to enjoy it, it gives him the opportunity to dig a little while walking along the ground. There is some controversy as to whether sand is safe for bearded dragons due to its consumption. However, as long as you groom your beard or take it out of the terrarium to feed, it's not a big problem.
