I have worked with incisve edge for about 3 years now, they are one of our main outsourced services providers within my team at Cogswell Clarke (UK).
They provide us support across many different channels including email campaigns, website optimisation etc - which has been very beneficial to me as an Account Manager/Marketing Lead! The service that we receive from them varies depending upon what channel it's through i.e.- webinars or events vs emails / social media posts but all their work product always comes out looking great so there isn't much dislike here really :) We also benefit greatly when working together because every member of staff knows exactly who you need help contacting if something needs doing outside normal business hours e.g., weekends during Christmas time periods; this makes life easier than having multiple members calling back each other asking "who do I contact?".
