Make sure you read the description as I do, I'll start with that. Here are a few points that I think are pros and cons. Pros: Easy to install. Great texture. Outstanding security. Cons: Label that encourages peeling of the adhesive type. The liner itself is easy to install, you just peel off the plastic covering the adhesive and place it on a clean and dry surface, it should be easy enough to figure it out. The texture is slightly raised, but not high enough for the mouse to read too much. Since there is adhesive on the bottom, it sticks to the surface incredibly well even when placed on a dry and clean surface. My pad has stayed in there since I got it and hasn't moved an inch, great. The tablet has this weird tag in the bottom right corner. The label is made of fabric and slightly lifts the pad. This will allow some dust/dirt to get in. It also allows the paper on the table to get there. The problem is that the glue has started to give way now. Dust sticks to the bottom of the carpet and I press on it all the time. He was no longer upset by my actions and the fact. I understand they may have done this to give you the leverage to deal with it when you need it, but it gives the pad an opportunity to fail. However, despite some flaws, I am very satisfied with the product. Oh, and they don't get any bigger, it sucks.
