I like that it's very easy for me as an end user, since all my friends are using this platform! It makes things easier when you're looking up something without having to go through multiple pages or scroll down too far. Sometimes there can be lag time between clicking "search" button and seeing results come back from search engine. Also sometimes searching doesn't work right - so if you don't know exactly what you want then make sure you have your keywords typed out correctly before submitting them into search box (it may not show any result at first). Make use of their chat feature which will help solve issues faster than waiting around for support team member who might take forever to respond. When we were trying to find items our friend had ordered previously but couldn't remember where she placed her order, they helped us look into previous orders made with same item within past few weeks/months and found.
