I like that they are able to customize their product according to my needs (which may be different from someone else's). They have helped me so much with creating new designs for clients, which was quite helpful when launching our business! There aren't too many complaints - but if there were we would definitely keep using them :) Their support team has been amazing!! I like that it's very easy for me as an end user, since all my friends are using this platform! It makes things easier when you're looking up something without having to go through multiple pages or scroll down too far. Sometimes there can be lag time between clicking "search" button and seeing results come back from search engine. Also sometimes searching doesn't work right - so if you don't know exactly what you want then make sure you have your keywords typed out correctly before submitting…
