I have had a CatGenie for many years - I have used my second unit for many years now. So it comes with a lot of experience with the product. I will never use CatGenie pellets again. I will be buying these replacement pellets from now on. One of my "pet annoyances" that I've had with CatGenie is how the pellets ALWAYS get in. You changed it completely! Although the problem is still there I would say the problem has gone down by about 90% or even more. Maybe 95%. It was fantastic. And they clean better. Sometimes the CatGenie can get a little rough on the nose when the blow cycle is on during cleaning. That's no longer a problem either. I threw away my CatGenie pellets. This is the only one I will be using from now on!
