I bought a size up for my 12 year old who normally wears a size 14. When I received them I found the big one was 10-12. OK. Guilty. I returned the first order and ordered an XXL for her to grow up in. They"must" be adjustable. It wasn't, and she couldn't even get them over her hips. I had to place a second order. I'm disappointed.
