Review on Ninja NF701 Professional Food Processor: 1200W Power, 4 Functions, 12-Cup Bowl, 2 Blades & Discs, Silver by Michael Shim

Now that I've had a chance to use this mixer/blender for a few things, I can rate it. It mixes light dough well, blends better than my Bosch blender, and shreds to my satisfaction. I will put the slicing disk in the dishwasher, but wash the rest of it by hand. I haven't had good experiences washing any plastic products like this in the dishwasher. It tends to make the plastic weak so that it breaks. I do have a trick that I use with my Bosch as well, and that is to remove your food from the blender, then put hot water in it and run it through a cycle. Makes it alot easier to clean by hand. This product now has a place on my countertop, and I keep everything else in my pantry. Very pleased so far and will be back to update if I have any issues.
