Review on 🎧 Renewed Plantronics Savi W440: Wireless DECT Headset System for Laptop & Softphone – Boost Productivity and Mobility by Jeanette Lee

So I received the item and it **proved** it to be in excellent condition. The device was nicely packaged, the package includes direct contact details of the seller and a small bag of cones (my favorite). But that's where my praise for this device ends. Unfortunately; I thought (reading the Q&A) that it would be with an extra battery; it's not like this. This may just be a misunderstanding on my part, but I now need to order a spare battery before I can use this headset for the full 12 hour shift. As expected it is USB and when I first plugged it in it worked straight away. (plug and play). Unfortunately (again) it came with a low battery so it didn't last long. In addition, the charging station does not seem to fit the supplied headset. I had to put a rubber band around the charging dock to keep the contacts in contact so the device could charge. After a full charge I tried to use it but unfortunately (again) the USB gave a "device error or damage". Message. The USB transmitter no longer has an indicator light like the first time, it no longer connects the headset to the computer, and the device gets very hot when it is left connected to the computer for just 10 minutes. could appreciate the noise cancellation, the sound quality or the battery life because the device and all aspects of it made it impossible. Today I will be contacting the seller directly to see if we can rectify this situation and I will update my review. to reflect this result.
