The jacket arrived with the main zip pull bent and broken off. The day before the big trip I put the zipper handle back on only to find that the real zipper broke too (zips work but won't open). Most likely someone bought the jacket before me, found the zipper was broken, tried to hack it, broke the handle, and then returned it. Terrible quality control from Revains to send it to me like this. However, since I really liked the jacket otherwise and didn't have time to find a replacement, I almost spent the cost of the jacket to have the zipper replaced at the repair shop. Anyway the jacket looks great but the main zip might be rubbish and Revain checks returns for issues.
