Review on PAC Factory Harness Chrysler Vehicles by Justin Castro

This product does not work with my 2019 Ram 1500 Bighorn. When connected everything worked. No sound from factory door speakers or microphone input for phone calls. Went back and forth with tech support for a week with redundant questions and no resolutions. I only got one reply per day with questions and no answers. Questions from support where the phrase sounds like I have no idea what I'm doing. I don't claim to be an expert on this, but when I contacted support I only connected the bypass and nothing else. Then when I'm asked if I've plugged anything else in right after being told I haven't, it's not very helpful. If anyone else wants to buy this bypass, buy at your own risk, and if it works for you, congratulations. Thank you for attending my TED Talk.
