I've Learned This Tumble Dryer Cleaning Service Can Cost $150! This cleaning kit saved me a ton of money by doing it myself. The kit is easy to assemble and in 2 hours I quickly cleared a 3" PVC duct and added segment by segment. I used segmented rods to measure how far that part of the canal needed to be cleaned while sweeping the rotating brush head back and forth and then pulling out the dirt. The rods were flexible to fit the 90 degree bends in my dryer's inlet and outlet ducts. I was able to clean the entire air duct by hearing the spinning brush smack against the roof outlet. Make sure most of the rod isn't sticking out as I've found the flexible rod curls up into a loop immediately. I also used a kit to clean the short vent in the dryer myself. Disassembly was easy as I used two pairs of pliers to pry the bars apart. All in all a very comfortable set with excellent results.
