Review on OASIS #80254 Vita Drops-Pure C for Guinea Pig: Essential Nutrition in a 2-Ounce Package (Packaging may vary) by Jennifer Brogdon

My vet recommended adding this to my cat's prescription food to see if there was a noticeable improvement in urinalysis. My cat is a neutered housecat so he checked all the boxes for the possibility of bubble crystals. After an ER visit to the ER and many sleepless nights, we seemed better, but the pH of his urine was too high. The prescription food was slowly helping, but not fast enough, so my vet suggested that before taking any prescription action. Well, so far so good. We come for urinalysis every 3-6 months and everything seems fine. Not sure why vitamin C works, but it seems to work for most cats. Crystals are not to be scoffed at, they can quickly become life threatening and having lost my hangover to a blocked bladder many years ago I now know the symptoms and will do whatever it takes to keep him healthy. They work with prescription food and regular vet visits, so don't laugh if your vet recommends this. But I'm not a doctor or vet either, so don't just use this review.
