I have a FIOS and the ONT panel is in the boiler room in the basement as my house doesn't have an ethernet cable and I don't have my router coaxial cable I bought to connect my router from the boiler room in the basement to the basement activity room which is in the middle of the house. I have 3 floors including the basement and I still get pretty good WiFi coverage on the 2nd floor. I like the flat design so that it fits easily under the boiler room door. I need about 40 feet and this 50 foot cable is just right. The price is reasonable compared to a similar cable I've seen. Maybe I'll move my computer to the basement, buy it again to connect the computer to a router for a faster connection than Wi-Fi.
