The platform is easy to use with great customer support! I love being able to monitor my order status as well see when it will be delivered via email or text message so there’s no need for me waiting around at work just hoping they show up soon enough!! Also loved how you can track orders by date instead of needing separate tracking numbers which was difficult managing multiple restaurants especially if something went wrong like an incorrect product ordered etc.. Sometimes their delivery service would send them out late but then we wouldn't get notified until after our food had been served & eaten :( but other than those minor hiccups nothing really has come across yet :) We have solved many problems regarding inventory management/ordering of products needed frequently throughout different locations. As opposed to ordering everything separately this helps us keep costs down while still ensuring proper stock levels everywhere without having employees constantly run errands such as going into stores every few days buying random items required.
