The product is ok. A year ago I bought another model from a different brand so I have something to compare. The buttonholes are relatively larger than they should be, so my son keeps adjusting the volume by grabbing them from the side. The speaker holes face backwards, so that everyone else at the table, for example, hears my son's iPad better than his. This is definitely a design flow. Again, this isn't a bad case, but I have another that I'm happier with.
