This hydration vest can be adjusted as needed. I'm 5ft 7in, 145lbs muscle and size S/M fits me perfectly. So far I've done 3 training runs of 14, 16 and 18 miles with this vest with no issues. The vest has plenty of pockets for GU and extra water bottles. I have used 2 water bottle bags and smaller GU tote bags and it made a world of difference when I needed these items. The location of the pockets makes access very convenient, everything is at hand. The main water bag is very easy to fill and clean. When it's full, you don't notice the backpack dangling like some other vests. I bought this vest to run ultra in December so I don't have to stop and fill my water bottles. Based on my last ultra when I carried 4 tanks on my waist belt this would definitely be an improvement and a life saver. Trust me, you don't want to be stuck with empty bottles when the nearest first aid kit is miles away in 80+ degrees.
