Nathan's hydrator fits like a glove and hardly moves. Like any hydration pack, it's warm but very well designed and thought through. Highly recommended for serious long distance runners as well as speed hikers.

Amazing product, no kickback. Can easily put my phone, keys, groceries and even a small sweatshirt in the back pocket when I get hot. This product meets all my needs and is also very convenient. Please do yourself a favor and put your money aside for something high quality and durable like NATHAN.

This is an amazing vest especially for 20 mile races. Instead of a bladder system, I use two 500 ml Soft Flasks. The fit is comfortable, the pockets are handy for PG, keys, cards and I'm a big fan of the dedicated phone pocket. I'm 5'11, 175 pounds and first bought the L/XXL model which was absurdly large. Size S/M fits perfectly. Good product!

I really like this vest. I didn't want to admit that I needed another one if I was going to spend money. But now I can't walk without it. As my miles increased, I felt like I needed to carry my phone and ID with me. She wears the vest and of course my water. Lots of pockets for gels or whatever else you need. It only took me a few runs to get used to it. Wear it fairly warm. I feel warm as soon as I put it on. Fits easily. I hope my bladder holds up.

This hydration vest got so many reviews and I really wanted it to work. For some reason Nathan only offers two sizes, I hit right in the middle which is 38 inches. The little one was too small, the big one couldn't be made small enough not to bounce. WHY Nathan doesn't at least partially overlap size ranges, or better yet, doesn't offer more sizes, remains a mystery. This hydration vest can be adjusted as needed. I'm 5ft 7in, 145lbs muscle and size S/M fits me perfectly. So far I've done 3 training runs of 14, 16 and 18 miles with this vest with no issues. The vest has plenty of pockets for GU and extra water bottles. I have used 2 water bottle bags and smaller GU tote bags and it made a world of difference when I needed these items.
