Remember to wet the filter, pour ice water (if you have it!) into the tank and the temperature will drop 10-20 degrees. Bought because the office I worked in this summer didn't have air conditioning. I keep it because I can use it when camping! Charges with USB cable. It doesn't cool the room, maybe it doesn't cool the whole tent, but it blows cool air for at least one person and maybe two. It's a little noisy but not much more than a normal fan and blows much colder. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this works for the price.
