As the title suggests, there are very few herbal teas that I want to buy. However, this one is an exception. These are mainly rose hips and hibiscus, which, by the way, also taste good on their own in combination with peach flavor. I can imagine some people sweetening it, but I like it when it's quite strong and unsweetened, very tart, flavorful and refreshing. And as an added bonus, rose hips are high in vitamin C, and studies have shown that hibiscus may have a moderate effect on high blood pressure.
