I bought this as a gift for my mother in law, her bows fell out. She loved the shoes and they fit perfectly. She needed a longer vamp, not a round toe, so they were perfect. She really needed a pair of sneakers and she wears a 13 narrow and they are very hard to find. They have 2 removable insoles so you can use just one or both or neither and use your own orthotics (doctor prescribed shoe inserts). She found that removing one of the insoles and putting in orthotics gave her the support she needed. When they wear out, she can put in a new insole and they'll be like new again. I will continue to look for leather shoes from this brand as they have gotten bigger.
