Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the CRESAY online shop. I was very stressed out because the dress I purchased for a special occasion did not come when it was supposed to. The dress looked nothing like the photos when it eventually arrived. It was poorly made, didn't fit right, and felt inexpensive. What's more aggravating is that I was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses when I attempted to contact customer service. It was obvious that they didn't care if I was happy with the service or the merchandise. When compared to competing online apparel retailers, CRESAY simply cannot compete when it comes to quality or support. Many other e-commerce sites provide equivalent goods and services, but at lower rates and with higher quality and friendlier support staff. If you're searching for a trustworthy and enjoyable online shopping experience, I wouldn't suggest CRESAY.
