I was so excited about this and my dog loved it. This is a 3 year old pug/corgi mix. 20 pounds She knew right away that if she slammed the treat bin door below, he would pop out and give her all the treats. So I wrapped the switch and cover with electrical tape. Trying to chew the tape off, she salivated and pressed the power button. Now it won't start at all. It's meant to be licked, licked and played with paws like pets, right? I've tried the reset and power buttons, short and long presses to try and wake it up. The app is only half usable on my iPhone 8, but I can still do the basics. Now the app says the buffer robot is disabled and I leave it charging hoping it can recover. My poor dog really loved this thing.
