A few days ago I finally got around to using this snap block. I took the same hurdle with 3 JKU, 1 JK and 3 SXS. I secured my XJ to a tree, wrapped a tree saver around another tree, chained a dash block to the tree saver, and routed the winch cable to each of the others in turn. Snatchblock worked fine with my Smittybilt 9k's cable, no visible problems when I later inspected the block.
