I recommend the filter because of the large price savings compared to the factory version. It took some time to install due to a slight difference in the sliding clip. I used a heat gun to open the clamp wider to fit the car snugly. You must attach both clips at the same time by sliding them while holding the filter in place to ensure a tight fit. Otherwise the filter will not sit securely in the housing under the glove box. The filter needs to be replaced as it collects dust and dirt.
