I have had Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy for over 25 years; Every few years my medications and lifestyle need to be adjusted to maintain quality of life. I recently went into perimenopause and my slightly older sister recommended me 5htp which she has been taking for years instead of big pharmacy antidepressants.
