The chain is strong, there are no links that could be pulled open or that could catch on clothes. The clasp is easy to open and attach to the end circle link, and feels secure. The cross is a beautiful, polished stainless steel. The chain length (19") is perfect, but the size of the cross is twice the size I was looking for so I won't wear it 24/7. I love the design, just wish it were half an inch or even one inch instead of being an inch and a half long. I knew the size before I purchased, just wasn't sure how it would look on. It's lovely as jewelry, but if looking for something to wear all of the time and not remove, the cross might be a little too big. Still, it's a great price and so glad I purchased it!
