I like how easy it was once we got our account set up with RVDC (Rise vision's support team).

The ease of managing everything from one place made life so much easier! It would be helpful if there were more templates available when you first signup but they are adding new ones all time which makes things better than ever already!! We have been able to use this product at work since day after launch date. We started using this software about 2 months ago now and haven't had an issue or problem yet. In fact my boss loves seeing what he can do here as well because its not always possible where his office may go next year etc ect.
