The software has helped us in managing our inventory better, which means that we are able to have more control over it than before! There's nothing I dislike about this program at all - everything works as intended so far (as of May 2020). It can be quite expensive but if you're looking into having an effective stock management system then go ahead with them because they do provide excellent customer support too!! We've been using genkiosh retail since 2016 now; however there were some minor glitches here or there when first starting out especially during training days where everyone was new/learning how things work etc., However these issues got resolved quickly after contacting Customer Support team through email & phone calls via chat option provided within website itself.
