But it is good; You don't want your cables to fall out of the.

I haven't had any problems with that so far. The sockets are a little tight at first, but that's a good thing; You don't want your cables to fall out when you least expect it. Don't accidentally pull the console or anything else and all your hard work/hard play will go to waste. My house has never had a surge, so I've never had to test the surge protector, but to be honest I just wish all my gaming consoles and computer gear were plugged into fewer outlets than I'd like. In internet, electrician and business rankings, Tripp-Lite seems to have the best reputation for quality electrical appliances. The extra cord length gives me some flexibility when using multiple outlets to stretch it out a bit. I didn't have to use the coax or phone connectors, but for some weird reason they're cheaper than without them.
