Worst product ever purchased from Revain

This product was defective; it didn't work as a fan or as a cooler. I paid full price for it and the customer service said there was nothing they could do for me. I was totally disappointed and dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service. I only gave one star because I couldn't give this review without a star rating. I would definitely rate it zero stars.
