Poor quality is best in office electronics
I have bought Greenbox products twice and have been disappointed both times. In the first case, the cartridges were in a printer that is only used occasionally. The ink dried up and didn't print. At first I was able to clean the ink ports with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol, but it didn't work the second time. On my second purchase, the metal contact strip that tells the printer that a cartridge is installed was damaged and the printer did not recognize the cartridge. In the bot cases I replaced the Greenbox brand with the HP brand and it worked.
