Excellent Customer Service & Implementation

ImpulsePoint is customer oriented, and will go above and beyond to ensure your project meets your needs. This has been demonstrated with their customer service team, as well as their implementation team. I can't think of anyone I'd like to have over at ImpulsePoint. They're always going above and beyond to ensure my project meets my needs, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great solution for a customer-oriented POS. I don't use any of the features offered. I'm happy to have someone who can offer guidance where needed, but they are more than willing to train and help with any questions. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that there isn't a gift card option available to their customers. I wish I could send a link to a client, but there's no way that I can do that for another company. I'd give a thumbs up to ImpulsePoint for any hospitality/gift industry needs. Our business is geared towards helping our customers I like that this software is easy to use and set up. I like that it is very flexible and gives the ability to customize the software to the specific needs. I dislike that it is very expensive. Make sure that you are getting the best deal possible. I used to have to manually take inventory of my inventory. With this software, this is no longer necessary. I am able to update my inventory, see when items are running low, and even set up price alerts.
