It should have been good for 65W TDP processors, so I got it for the new Ryzen 5 5600x. However, it fails to keep the CPU cool when overclocked to 4.6GHz auto-turbo mode. Temperatures are reaching the 90C limit. I need to turn off auto gain and only run on the 3.7GHz base frequency. A few months after I received it, Noctua finally added this processor to its compatibility list citing very limited acceleration, but it was too late for me.
