I just received this chair. My husband assembled it in 30-40 minutes. It's nice to sit in the chair, but the most important things caught my eye almost immediately. This chair says it supports up to 400 lbs. I'm 5 inch 7 and about 215. I'm a woman with a smaller torso and larger hips, buttocks and thighs. I fit into the chair and it hugs me, but the portion of the seat just above my shoulders digs into the back of my shoulder at the armpit. it is not convenient. on the back of my pages also seems too hard. and while the seat has good padding. After sitting for a long time, it also feels too hard on the thighs. The chair only needs to be wider if it can accommodate people up to 400 pounds. it's just too tight. The armrest is too hard. need more pillows. I LOVE the footrest. It's perfect for my height and the neck support pillow looks good. But the seat is comfortable and I LOVE the recliner option. If this chair was wider and had a padded armrest, that would be perfect. I'll give it a week in fairness, but I'll probably return it because for the money I need something to sit in all day and my forearms hurt just typing this. Something else. I know they focus on gamers, but if they had a chair like this without the AUTO FULL logos all over the chair, it would likely appeal to women and more mature buyers. I hate logos, I would just ignore them if they were comfortable enough.
