Review on 🎧 Jabra Elite Sport Earbuds: Waterproof Fitness & Running Earbuds with Heart Rate and Activity Tracking, Superior Sound & Advanced Connectivity by Nicole Madison

The essence of this review is that for such a price I DO NOT RECOMMEND the product, well, do not buy it! Here's why: First off, the fit isn't great, but I managed to find an acceptable fit so I could use this expensive piece of exercise equipment, and it worked great for a couple of months. The sound was great, charging was great, battery life was great, the heart rate sensor was pretty accurate too, and while the fit bothered me at times and made me question the amount I spent on the headphones, I was happy about it the biggest part. Problems aside, I liked them mostly because I liked how the two earbuds worked wirelessly with good sound quality! After about four months problems arose. I usually workout in the morning and charge the headphones in the evening before a workout so they're fully charged in the morning. When I look at the charge indicator, the case is charging normally, but when I used the earbuds in the morning, their batteries were dead and 99% of the time I had to go outside without them. I've been working on this for a while and open and close the case every night to make sure the earphone charging lights come on. It didn't last long as the standby time started to drop and if I didn't do it one day the whole case and headphones would be almost empty or completely empty the next day. Then the headphones kept turning off. Stop charging (the headphone charging indicator does not light up), not both at the same time, but separately. Sometimes the right one won't load and sometimes the left one won't load. Thinking that the charging pins might be misaligned or not making good contact, I tried various things to make sure they are making proper contact, but to no avail, and a few days later after a few openings and closings of the case , voila, load it up again. A few months passed and now after using the headphones for 7 months the left earbud died. It doesn't load anymore and I only have the right one. Maybe it will recharge when it decides it's ok (LOL) and I suspect the right one will follow the left one in a few days or weeks. I have never exposed the product to water, heavy sweating or anything else that could damage it and have cleaned it as safely as possible before putting it back in the charging case after each workout. I have purchased many products over the years including Plantronics BackBeat. I've been using FIT for 3 years and it was a lot cheaper than this one, but this is my first detailed review because the purchase until now was the worst waste of money I've ever made! Just buy something else. I submitted a support ticket (#CS00175056), we'll see what happens. After seeing other support reviews I have no hope.
