Does what it promises!: coffee and espresso machine cleaner

It works exactly as described. My 3 year old Keurig was very loud and only brewed 1/8 of what it was supposed to. I tried descaling with vinegar but it didn't work. Bought in my last ditch attempt to fix it; it worked! I followed the directions on the bottle and now my Keurig works like new. It's worth it.
