Motor protection arrived in a reasonable time. It was packed pretty well. When opening the box during shipping, all of the mounting screws fell out of the bag and severely scratched the product. So I asked for a replacement and one of them was out that same night. So far, so good. Small problem, but no one's fault. When the replacement came, the box looked like it had been run over and kicked. It could be couriers, although the first was in great condition. I feared the worst and opened the box. The engine guard was tightly wrapped in padding material, but the tape holding it in place looked like it had been stuck sticky-side down in the dirt before use. Did I upset someone by wanting a replacement? I removed the padding and the skid plate was in pretty good condition, better than I had hoped from the packaging. There was a small stain, similar to the fact that the stone had pulled out splinters. And the top bracket looked like it had fallen off and hit the cement floor. But the black pen solved both problems, and now they're barely noticeable. The engine guard itself appears to be well finished with decent welds. When I have time to install it we'll see how it fits. I gave this 3 stars because I really feel like they sent me a product that wasn't brand new because I returned the first one. At least judging by the crappy packaging and the damage to the product itself. I'm just glad it was something I was able to fix. I was thinking of returning the second one but wasn't sure if they would send me more. I don't think I will buy from them again.
