Having ordered in a hurry (I guess I didn't read the reviews!), I was surprised by the small packaging. Surprised but delighted. I feel like I have to be careful when unfolding the glasses, but they fit me perfectly and hide in a small place in my purse. So, that's at work for me. And - I didn't pay much attention to how much the light from the computers bothered me while I was working. But after using it for just a few short weeks at work, I've found that the bright light from the computer (rather than work!) is giving me a headache. , they feel more secure than regular glasses when tucked into my purse. I don't know how long they last. Who knows, even if the hinges came loose and had to be replaced in a year, I'd still want them back.
